Description

I drove 45 miles to a remote location tonight. The site is a body of water called Indian Creek. There are two abandoned large wooden bridges at different locations on the lake. I took an image of the Milky Way from each bridge. Tonight I had one of the darkest skies that I've ever seen. There was absolutely no light pollution in any direction. I had a lot of fun imaging tonight from the bridges. Almost the entire night I was entertained by the sound of one critter or another. Fish were hitting the top of the water, bull frogs were cutting loose from almost every direction, and twice the foxes and coyotes decided to make me and the entire lake aware of their presence.
